そして、それぞれのグループの先生方のお話を聞いていると、手に取る様に、生徒達のタイプがわかっていき、あ～～～それであの子は練習してこなかったのだ、、、あ～～～あの言い方をしたから、あの子はテンションさがったんだ、、、あ～～～このタイプだから、質問しても答えなかったんだ、、、などなど、霧が晴れるように、色々なことが解決していきました(*^^)v
